Why are these rates so much more expensive than regular camping rates?

Music festivals are extremely fun, but also extremely expensive to host.  By choosing a camping package, not only are you getting the whole festival experience by being right in the middle of the activity and seeing a festival come together first hand, but you are supporting and encouraging an awesome event designed to share Christ's love in an incredibly fun family environment!

All campers should be aware that arrival and set up will need to take place on Friday, July 24 by 4PM.  Festival gates open at 5PM on Friday, so traffic will not be allowed in or out of the venue.  If you will have need to leave during the day, please plan to park in the main parking lot.  One parking pass will be provided with your camping.  Additional vehicles will need to purchase a festival parking pass for $4.00 which can be done on the festival ticketing website.  There will also be Sunday morning worship, so vehicle movement in and out of the main campground area should be limited to before and after worship.

What will I pay for when I make my reservation?

When you reserve your campsite, you will pay only for the campsite package you have chosen. Festival tickets will need to be purchased separately on the ticketing website.  Your credit card will be charged by En Gedi Campground River Resort.

When you purchase your festival tickets, don't miss out on the early bird pricing! It is SPECTACULAR, but you will only have until the last day of February to take advantage of this special pricing!  Early bird pricing is $25 per person and covers both days.  That is almost 60% off gate sales and WE pay the ticketing fees! Ages 6 and under are free.

When getting your tickets, if you think you might need an extra vehicle pass, be sure to purchase your pass(es) for $4 per vehicle.  Remember that you may have one camper or tent and one vehicle per campsite.
